The successful delivery of a facilities project relies on a good project brief with clear aims and objectives from the outset.

I can:

  • Assess the aims of your project and look at ways to accommodate the current and future needs of your club/organisation.
  • Establish project development team.
  • Provide a project brief with clear aims and objectives from the outset.
  • Assessing local area and the barriers, issues and opportunities that exist.
  • Feasibility study looking at technical issues, outline plans, planning considerations and initial budget costings.
  • Community Engagement/ Consultation: develop project around engagement, quality, inclusivity, usage and sustainability.
  • Establish target audiences and priority groups.
  • Develop relationships and trust.
  • Insight and needs analysis.
  • Liaise with your Football Foundation’s Engagement Manager, County FA Facility Manager, Grant Manager (FF) and Technical Project Manager (FF)
  • Develop a business plan to look at income and expenditure of the facility considering opening hours, pricing, programming and levels of participation.
  • Assess future facility management and maintenance options.
  • I can also support your project to align to other Football Foundation funding streams.
