- Help you create a focus and vision and establish where you are now and where you want to be in the future.
- Review your Local Football Facility Plan which has a list of priority projects for potential investment. Is your project a local priority?
- Each project needs to align to the investment priorities set out in the National Football Facilities Strategy.
- Undertake strategic needs analysis: Review Local Authority Leisure Facility Strategy, Active Strategy, and Playing Pitch Strategy.
- Plan your objectives and priorities with the Football Foundation on your strategic approach through the Local Football Facility Plan.
